Thumbs up What book(s) would you like to see be made into movie(s)?

This thread is to discuss the book(s) you have read and would love to see made into a movie (in theatres or in television)

To get us started, I have read Julia Quinn's The Bridgerton Series, and I would LOVE if this series was made into a movie or even adapted to television (like BBC or iTV as is Downton Abbey). I think that Romance Novels should not be overlooked just because they are written by present-day-authors.

I haven't yet read Sophie Oak books but might now that you mentioned it. Savages was interesting dynamic because it had 3 person relationship. For me, I am a huge fan of period dramas so I would love to even see Johanna Lindsey's The Malory Family made into a series (maybe PBS or something). The family, the adventures, the high seas, etc would make for great entertainment

Catch of the Day by Kristan Higgins... I could totally see it as a Valentine's Day romantic comedy!

If I Stay and Where She Went by Gayle Forman. As long as they stayed true to the books I would love to see them as movies.

Ya know since I'm on an I/R reading steam right now I do wanna see some of them made into movies. I think a week ago I happen to catch Simon Baker & Sanaa Lathan in Something New, and I really liked it. As for what book it'll have to Koko Brown's Player's Ultimatum. LOVE. THAT. BOOk.
