The only book I could find that even mentions cat races is Catherine Coulter's The Wild Baron.

Kathinka, that sounds just like a maya banks book called "Tempted" or "Tempted by her innocent Kiss" it has been re-issued in the shorter name now.. but

"Ashley Carter had saved herself for Devon Carter, and it was worth it. Now she wants their passion to last in holy matrimony. But her dreams of true love are crushed by the discovery that their marriage is another of Daddy's business deals. Her strategy: act the part of perfect wife and make Devon love her."
"But Devon misses the bubbly, no-holds-barred woman his wife used to be. Who is this Ashley with the steely demeanor of a society wife? And will he find a way to rekindle the fire in her eyes…"
    Sound right?

Hi so like 10 years ago i read a series of books can't remember much but it was about a rich family, anyway one book i do remember a woman had an affair with her wealthy boss who was married i think, then he broke it off with her and she became a theif and went to his house to steal something (maybe it was a party) and meets another guy who is also a theif, he pursues her and gets her to forget about her boss then it's happily ever after.

does it sound familiar to anyone?

    I remember the plot....

He is actor (who is dominant in nature) but he has to play a role of submissive on screen as he is doing a movie on some lady who was dominant & had a submissive male slave who loved her & did a murder for her. So, he mistakenly hire a girl (who was a reporter or something else) as dominant to take personal classes.
She was not into bdsm but she accepted the offer to train him as submissive to gain some info or something like that (I forgot ) ..anyways I remember there were some scenes where actor offer her to watch the sex tapes of the lady (the movie was based on her), & the girl got unconfortable. He noticed because but he did not say or did something. There was a scene where she asked him to go down on his knees to lick something from her foot.

eeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... it was containing some bdsm scenes...but nice novel.....not sure if it was Entangled publishing book or wat

Hi Im trying to remember the name of a book. Historical
Woman gets married to some titled guy who doesnt treat her well (cant remember if this has violence or not).
Her husband eventually tires of her and goes off to India, where he dies in a shipwreck. He did have a habit of keeping a diary.

Few years later, the h lives under her husband's guardians who taunt her and buy expensive things that are not in their budget.

She has a sister who is married to her husband's friend, and he is very abusive (physically) with the sister..

News arrives that her husband did survive, and is coming back.

h is scared, but realized that her husband has changed, and he's become more sympathetic to her and lusts/loves her.

His abusive friend doesnt believe this new guy is his friend, and the guardians and he come up with a story that he is an imposter, etc.

anyway, turns out the returned husband (the H) is the bastard brother of her original husband, and he has been raised in India, or something like that. husband did die on some foolish thing, and H got access to the diaries and made a tattoo to prove he is original husband.
h figures out the truth, misunderstanding and then happily ever after.

Any one remember this book name. I think it was Lisa Kleypas

I'm having trouble remembering the title or author of a series of books that could be classified as New Adult these days. It was centered around a family of brothers who were werewolves or wolf shapeshifters. They did have their mother but not their father and they all together in a big old house that needed repairs. I remember that the I believe oldest brother takes care of all his siblings and his mother. I'm not sure which book in the series this is but one of the brothers falls in love with a human woman who is taking care of her younger siblings (I believe) and he moves them into the big house with his family. I'm pretty sure there's a brother that's serious and quiet (Maybe ex-military?) then there's a loud brother who is a goofball...pretty sure their younger brothers are twins?

I might be combining the plots of a books I've read to imagine this book I'm thinking of but I'm almost positive that I'm not. If anyone has any suggestions, I'll glad check them out. Thanks!
