i 've been trying for weeks to remember the title of an harlequin

PLOT:
The h 's father just sold his company to the Η provided that his daughter will have a position on the company 's board. The h doen't want to go (because she knows she will not be welcomed) but is pressured by her parents so she gives in. It becomes obvious that she as right and the H doen't like or trusts her at all. But he starts to change his mind with time (especially when the h helps interpret for a foreign client since she is adept in languages). The hero ends up giving her more duties in the company.
