Mills and Boon - Need help in identifying
Hi
Need help identifying this book:
Set in South Africa, the heroine is the eldest of 3 or 4 siblings, all underage. Parents have died, leaving them heavily in debt, and the farm is inherited by their old landlord's young nephew. The heroine pretends to be a boy when she meets the landlord the first time. He naturally finds out and helps her later.
Thank you.

Could this be it?
Rosemary Carter - The Awakening - 1979
Her situation could not have been worse
After her parents' deaths, Robyne Sloan had to fight to keep her family together Making a giving from the dry African soil was a desperate daily struggle.
Then, when she thought that life could get no harder, Dean Mornay decided to foreclose their mortgage. The Sloan children would lose their farm... their home... unless Robyne could make Dean change his mind. But how, Robyne wondered bleakly, could she influence a ruthless businessman like Dean?
She would just have to find way--no matter how drastic!
From a Goodreads review, some more details - spoilers though!
Set in South Africa, heroine is head orphan of her family of five orphans. She’s inherited a farm that is mortgaged to the hilt. Hero just bought the neighboring farm and the orphan’s mortgage. He wants to foreclose. Heroine cuts her hair and pretends to be a man so he’ll listen to her.
Yes, it’s that stupid.
Hero gives her more time because?
Heroine can’t pay the electric or water bills so they haul water from the river in buckets to irrigate their crops. Heroine’s pride means she brings a check to the hero every month even though they are barely surviving.
Hero knows this is going on and accepts the check, hoping to wear her out. OW that lives with him on occasion languidly watches in her bikini. Heroine’s younger sister is hurt in a car accident and needs expensive plastic surgery on her face. Hero rushes in to save the day. Finally the page count runs out for an HEA.
Hero is 40. Heroine is 20.
Sound familiar? Looks like it matches your info, so I assume this is it!
