The 22nd episode of Anita Blake has been released! Frankly this franchise has become more than slightly shopworn, in this episode she deals with "rotting vampires!" The first half of the book is all talk, much of it justification for her relations with her numerous lovers. Not till somewhat past the halfway mark does she get around to having ***, which was one of the reasons for following the series. Quite frankly this series has become quite boring, I find myself speed reading through it as fast as I can hit the page forward button on the kindle. There is no more plot development or interesting action, one wonders how much longer the author can flog this dying horse. Probably a while but for my part the entire series has been deleted from, not only the kindle but the computer as well. Like all long running series this one has out lasted its shelf life.
