That book you remember the plot of but not the name...

Hi everyone,
I've been looking for a IR book who's title and author i don't remember well but I do remember the plot. The book starts off with two best friends who get into a car accident after going to the mall or lunch, something like that. And the best friend dies instantly and she had a fiance who somehow arrives to save the other girl from the car. The other girl stays with her best friend's fiance, since she is broke and needs some place to stay while recovering from her injuries. Anyway, as the stories moves on we find out the the fiance was actually in love the girl who survived and that the accident was actually purposely cause my the best friend to kill the other girl bc she had found out that her fiance was in love with the girl and not her. Later in the book she becomes a waitress at a fancy restaurant and she falls for the fiance and they have a bunch of kids.
