I am am not sure this is the correct place to post this, but am posting this here as I couldnt find any thread specifically dealing with helping find book title.

I had read this book a while ago so not all the details I remember might be accurate.

The book starts with the MC going to to the hospital to meet her husband? (the ML). Though he is not actually her husband but he had proposed to her but she turned him down. She was his sisters best friend and they had a one night stand, after which she discovered that she was pregnant. Upon knowing this the ML asked to marry her before he got deployed? (was some sort of soldier). However she refuses because she doesnt want to get married just because she is pregnant. When she gets to know that he was injured and hospitalized, she lies to gain access to the ML, wishing that she had actually accepted his proposal.

Then cut to the present he was in an accident which left him with amnesia and PTSD, he doesnt really remember anyone, but has faint recollections of him proposing to MC and accepts that they are actually married when she says she is the wife. He subsequently statrts relying on her and only her.

The drama in the novel is mainly when she has to first juggle taking care of the baby as well as the ML and later with the ML discovering they are not actually married. Some weird justification of the MC convincing herself that she is not really lying and they could be said to be in a common law marriage also happens.
