If you have a stuck on mess, use Cascade Platinum Plus tabs to soak your pot. Do not use on nonstick surfaces. Also for your oven, soak a towel in a hot solution of tab and water (about at a gallon) and place it on a stubborn spot. Do not leave more than an hour. So far so good.
