What is the best way to clean a coach signature collection purse? I have a mud stain from my dog.

If you can find it, try the "Coach's Signature C Fabric Cleaner" - it's the only cleaner that won't void your warranty if they find out you used something..
Despite being expensive, and probably just 'soap', it works well...

rubbing alcohol usually works for me
