That book you remember the plot of but not the name...

I've been trying to figure out the title of this book. I'm pretty sure it's Harlequin, but I'm not 100%.

It's one of the funnier romance books. I think it was a fake fiance scenario.

There's a scene at the start of the book in which the hero is either playing around with or walks in and scares the heroine. She falls, hits her head, and gets sick. She ends up with a slight concussion. They end up living together either because she needs a job (possible as a housekeeper) and/or he needs a fiancee.

I was wondering if anyone knows the name of this book.

I read it several years ago. It was about a girl whose parents were killed when she was in high school. She had a stalker and he killed her family and cut her all over her body. She moves away and gets a new name. I think she is staying with family friends or something. She goes out with friends and there is a band playing. One of the guys from the band is interested in her.

They somehow end up in LA or something where the guy's brother lives. She finds out the band has some connection to her stalker and that the stalker told people about her and they thought she was his crazy ex-girlfriend or something. I think the guy from the band gets his house broken into and there is a fire or something.

If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it

So a child was kidnapped and found abandoned somewhere... The child does not know enough information to actually help to be returned, goes into the system but lives with this foster family... gets adopted (by the same foster family) and after some time they come across the childs birth parents. The child was looked for but never found and after some time the police believed that most likely the child was dead...

that's pretty much what I can remember from the plot but no author or titled remembered.... I may be remembering a few things wrong if any story matches anything I posted let me know.

I remember the plot but i can't remember the title of the book.
The plot - hero married the heroine but does not wish to have any children so the hero ask his best friend to seduce his wife but then got jealous.
Hope someone can help me out.

the plot goes something like this - book starts with the heroine waiting for the hero inside a cell. She's a test subject i think for an organization/corporation and they paired up their girls with boys that are their genetic soul mates i think and they put them together so that they can make babies. So she was waiting for her partner and when he was brought in they were expected to have *** but she doesnt want to because they dont know each other so they don't. THey train together too because i think there's this event wherein it was sort of like the hunger games, they had to battle with the other groups to get to the exit and if they reach it they can get out i think. in between the training though they are again brought into their cells to have *** to make sure they make babies. So the hero and the heroine reach the exit together with another girl/guy pair who were also their friends but when they were about to leave, the heroine was stopped and was not allowed to leave. So when the other 3 got out, they were picked up i think from someone who used to be in the organization but left then they started plotting the rescue for the heroine. When they got back to the place to rescue her, they found out that she was being used a test subject and that she was being controlled so she was really really compliant to the point that the scientists i think or the employees were already violating her but she didnt know because she was so out of it. They got her out in the end though and they blew up the place and in the end the 4 of them were out in the real world.

If someone can help me figure out the title and the author i would be eternally grateful! i'm getting crazy trying to look for it. It's been weeks but still no clue! Help!
