have you ever designed a website/blog?

I used to play around with HTML and web stuff a lot about 8 years ago, but now you can literally copy and post and there is your website.

yeah long time ago I wanted to design a webpage for Detective Conan. I felt bored after working on few pages and I knew it isn't my thing.

Still design for work but not anymore for pleasure.....earlier used to do a lot of chat related web sites and roleplay personal stuff with web pages

Seems to be nothing to it these days... you fill in a few things and it is all done for you.

My husband and I designed a site about our honey moon in Egypt... but we got tired of rude people asking for information about Egypt, as if we were the egypt embassy !

Yes - I run 2 .. One is for the restaurant I do the administration for and the other a guest house a friend of the family rents.
Learnt basic coding in a college course once and it has stuck with me since!

A long time ago with Front Page. It wasn't the fanciest site but it worked. I agree--the software/sites available today make website creation much easier.

I agree with most main website creations being simple today. I remember when myspace required html editing, I don't know what it uses it anymore--I don't go there. But still sites, like tumblr, wordpress, ... blogger and the like are so simple, and if you want something special you can google to find that special code somewhere.

I've used wordpress and blogger before still do sometimes mainly for poetry and writing. I still use tumblr daily for blogs and poetry. But the already made themes are so awesome I don't really make my own. I do customize them from time to time, like adding a twitter side feed but it's really just cut and paste.

No I haven't but I am trying to learn to design a web page to sell stuff online .
