T-FLAC series by Cherry Adair, Kate Brady (more suspense), the first few books of Tara Janzen Steele Street series.
First few LCR books by Christy Reece. Jami Alden's last Gemini book & Beg for Mercy.

Some authors like Beverly Barton are very low on romance so I won''t recommend them.

Kylie Brant's Mindhunters series and Linda Howard's novels are my fave so far.

I would have to agree with Linda Howard (ex. Mr. Perfect) also a number of Kristen Ashley's novels do include some suspense, but are more heavily focused in romance. If you like strong, sexy, somewhat controlling male leads, then you would enjoy her books.

I just started reading Chosen by Barbara Elsborg. I haven't seen the romantic part yet but the suspense is definitely there...from the first paragraph Im hooked.
