I think my favorite curvy heroine would have to be Lily from Take Me by Bella Andre... It's erotica but it's really sweet and romantic as well. I liked how the h gradually grew to love and accept herself so she didn't have to go through any cliches like losing weight or undergoing any dramatic changes in an effort to make the H like her more. Loved the story and the h!

On the top of my head....the one that comes to mind is Kat from Evangeline Anderson Kindred Brides Series. I really wanted more of her and Deep...they were hot. Lock was jus meh to me.
