What about wedges where you're basically on a platform (so it's flatter than a typical heel).

Seconding the wedges. I also have back pain and I find it's better with a slight heel, not a flat. If you go with wedges the heels look higher than they are and you aren't in too much pain!

unfortunately designer brands rarely produce wedges that are fancy. They produce either flats or high heels. But I have heard that some brands have comfortable high heels, thus my inquiry.

The sturdier the heel, the more comfortable they are. I don't wear them anymore but Bostonian Clarks usually sells comfortable shoes. But good luck finding "cute" ones.

I would recommend crocs. They make some really nice wedges. Just make sure the upper is a different material like cloth/leather. Also my current wedges are from Ziera Shoes. They are both comfortable and cute

Normally wedges, because the heels are a lot sturdier. But I love Melissa shoes, those jelly shoes and they smell like candy!

The ones that help you with aren’t as showy as the ormal brands but I like Aerosoles or Naturalizer because the insoles are gentle to your feet
