Cleaning Makeup Brushes
How to clean your makeup Brushes:
Tools & Material:
1- One spoon of liquid Coconut oil ( original)
2- Two spoon of Anti bacterial liquid soap
Methods:
1- Mix coconut oil with soap in a bowl.
2- Dip and swirl the brush in the mix.
3- Swirl the brush in your hand until color is gone from the brush.
4- Rinse brush under warm water and make sure the water travel downward on the handle ( brush head is down).
5- Dry the brush with a towel or napkin.
6- Leave the brush to dry and make sure the brush head is down to ensure any water from the brush run downward.
Note: you can use the same mix to clean sponges.

Thank! Im going to try this today.
What im currently doing is using 91% alcohol to clean my brushes. It is super easy, and your brushes dry in about 15 minutes. Its great if your doing makeup for a group. I love it.

I do it with antibacterial soap and warm watter. It's doing a grear job. Some of my brushes are 3 years old and looking great

Oh I love this I was just going top wash mine but hesitated Incase I did it wrong and ruined brushes. Thanks for great tip . question though what is difference between refined and unrefined coconut oil

I have to try this. Right now I use baby shampoo (works great) but I always have coconut oil around.

That's exactly what I do. Use sparingly, spilling oil down the ssink is a recipe for disaster!

I always use refined oil. The one I use for my hair.
