I use to have an all black converse ballet shoe that I could wear without it looking to unprofessional in an office environment but they don't sell it anymore. Are there any other alternatives? (I have wide feet so keds are not possible)

It depends on where you live. Here in Canada you can order online (if you're not close to their stores) from AdditionElle. They have wide width shoes. I also believe the stores are in the United States as well.
