    Lightbulb Sanitize Your Phone

The Nasty Fact: Your phone might have more germs than your toilet seat. Here are ways to stay out of those nasty germs.

6 Steps to Clean your Phone
These steps should be done weekly to keep a phone relatively germ-free.

    1. Turn off the phone and unplug any attachments such as earbuds and phone cases.
    2. In a small spray bottle, mix a one-to-one ratio of distilled water and 70% isopropyl alcohol. Shake the bottle.
    3. Lightly spray a lint-free microfiber cloth with the mixture. Should not spray the phone directly.
    4. Use the cloth to wipe down the entire phone front and back.
    5. Gently use a dry cotton swab or wooden toothpick to clean small areas such as a camera lens.
    6. Allow the phone to air dry completely for at least 15 minutes.

    Never use the following items

    1. Window or household cleaners
    2. Compressed Air
    3. Aerosol Spray Cleaners
    4. Acetone (any harsh solvents)
    5. Bleach
    6. Ammonia
    7. Abrasive Powders
    8. Hydrogen Peroxide

I've used those alcohol swabs that you can get in a box of 100 at Walmart to clean my cell phone and my portable phones.

This is also good for glasses. And hands if you don't have alcohol gel on hand. Wash your hands people!

    Aren’t alcohol wipes too strong?
