Moisturizer & Foundation recommendation

Can anyone recommend a moisturizer or foundation for very dry skin?
My skin is both dry and sensitive. (Some moisturizers have caused red rashes on my face.)

I currently use Olay Regenerist as a moisturizer. I don't use foundation every day but when I do, I use a primer (Laura Mercier Pearl Primer) and liquid foundation (because my skin is so dry.

Any suggestions are welcome.

I love Garnier SkinActive Gel Face Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid - especially in the summer after I am out in the sun. I have fair Irish skin and the gel consistency works so much better for me. And just a tip - here in our CVS it is about $23 but online at Amaz it'd $13. I prefer shopping local - if we don't support neighborhood stores they won't last but the price is so much cheaper online I get it there. Also a tip to share for hand cream. My hands are always dry bc I wash my hands so many times a day due to covid. I get a little neurotic everytime I leave the house. Anyway Trader Joe's Ultra Moisturizing Hand Cream is less than $5 and so great. It's really heavy. Comes in a metal tube and my fingers drink it up. Such a great product. I have turned so many on to it.
