I don't particularly read this genre but the first (and only one so far) that I read with mates and alphas/betas/omegas was "The Perfect Luna" by Marissa Gilbert. Unfortunately, I can't find an epub of this book so I just read it at those "novels online" kind of deals. It has.. 85 chapters for the complete book, I believe

Have you read books by Harmony Raines or Carrie Ann Ryan ? Their books aren't very hot but you will find shifters (wolf, bear,...) finding their mate...

Bianca D'Arc's Grizzly Cove series is good.
