Default books you have started and ditched after reading first few chapters.

mine were lucy collins books. i read one and it was canny funny so i thought well the others might be more of the same.how wrong i was. they bombed. i got as far as 3 chapters in on one book then give it up as a bad job.

I agree, amaryllis. I think it was because of the TV series changes to her plots.

yeh i have been told that the latest book is crap like. i enjoyed the other books but the last few just seemed rushed and not finished. I think the tv show spoilt the books. the same with the vampire diaries ive read all of them but its hard not to make comparisons with the tv show.

The last book in Shana Galen's Survivor Series

“Kindred spirits are not so scarce as I used to think. It's splendid to find out there are so many of them in the world.”

Lots and I cannot remember all of the authors. But some were very popular authors too. I hate it when you read a book and you think it's going to pick up only to get to the end and you get let down.
