My favorite is to put a cut up chicken in the crock pot, add cream of chicken soup, little salt and a little water and let cook all day on low. The chicken will fall apart and I use the juice over rice.

Another favorite easy one is put a pork roast in the crockpot (I use 1-2 pounds), add onion soup dry mix on top and water. I cook all day on low. About half way through, I add halved potatoes. The juice is great on the potatoes. I add salt and pepper to taste.

Thanks to everyone so far who gave me some ideas. They sound great and definitely will be trying.
