its about this lady painter who does a self portrait and it is put on a wall in a cafe. this guy sees it and has his secretary go buy it. he walks at night cause i think he is disfigured and thats how he meets the artist and they end up in a romance. if anyone can tell me the name of the book or the author it would be much appreciated.
